Mesa & Plains Village is a cool Seed that allows you to spawn in a village where one part of the village is placed in a mesa biome and the other majority part in a plains biome. The village is fairly small without blacksmith but many houses and farms.
One third of the village is in the mesa biome.
If you go back to where you spawned and in the right direction then you will get to a big swamp area. The terrain there is really cool with loads of great places for building.
