Water Village is an entertained Seed that the spawn is at the middle of the village so it is not required long distance. Multiple houses and walking paths are located in the water making it look as if someone planned the houses to be on the waterfront.
A couple of the houses are placed in the hills closeby the water so there is a nice combination of terrain.
